Retrospective:
The idea of launching a website for Nejmeh Club, my favorite team came to my mind the first time I got introduced to the world of "INTERNET" in early 1997.. At that time, I noticed the important role that the internet will play in the future especially in the context of information exchange among computers that are located in different areas of the world but simply connected using a modem and a telephone line..

On this level, I realized the benefits my favorite team can achieve from having a website on the internet.. The idea came into reality on Dec. 15, 1997 with the launch of "The Unofficial Website of Nejmeh Sporting Club" .. I launched this website on my own, simply to see how things will go.. I was surprised at the number of Nejmeh fans in Lebanon and the world who supported the idea of the site and instantly became daily visitors.. This support encouraged me to move a step further..

Five months after the launch of the site, I sent a letter to Nejmeh board of directors summarizing the idea, the role, and success of this unofficial site, and suggesting to launch an official website for Nejmeh Club that represents the Official Authority of the club's news and information.. The reply came positive, and the decision was made.. The site was launched on June 1, 1998..   Today, 16 months after the launch date, our website starts another stage in a new millennium.. We look forward to providing you with better surfing experience...

To: my brother-in-Law Mr. Ahmad Soussi for introducing me to Nejmeh Club, the main reason why I am a Nejmeh fan.

To: Mr. Zouher Baroudy, director of Nejmeh fans' office and member of the club's board of directors who welcomed and enoucraged my idea and supported the site since its launch.
